Diane AllbaughAs an attorney and government affairs consultant, Ms. Allbaugh has developed a broad network connecting the public and private sectors. Her experience includes a unique cross-section of clients for which she has acted at the federal, state and local levels. Ms. Allbaugh also serves as Of Counsel to the New York City law firm of Entwistle & Cappucci.

Diane Allbaugh is passionate about protecting children and is the principal architect behind the creation of a Texas Regional Office for the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) located in Austin, Texas. In April 2007, NCMEC together with Ms. Allbaugh and First Lady Laura Bush announced the new Austin office. Ms. Allbaugh made the Texas Regional Office a reality by bringing together community leaders, private donors and corporations interested in protecting children. Ms. Allbaugh serves as the Chairman of the Texas Advisory Board for the new Texas Regional Office. She also is a member of the NCMEC Board of Directors.

Ms. Allbaugh is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma College of Law. She and her husband Joe live in Austin, Texas.
