Educated at Florida State University, Mr. Cardenas spent four years working on his undergraduate degree, and three years as a graduate student. His commercial real estate career began in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. In 1983, he moved his operation to Central Florida, where he assisted the areas largest developers achieve their business objectives, from the discrete acquisition of huge parcels of land, to their ultimate development and disposition. Due to his extensive post graduate education and success in the marketplace, he was awarded the prestigious CCIM designation in 1990. In 2003, he relocated to Key West, Florida to assist the nations largest privately held hospitality corporation achieve their corporate development objectives nationwide. His responsibilities include the development and disposition of luxury home development projects, hotel acquisition, retail property management, discrete acquisition of associated properties, and much more. Mr. Cardenas continues to represent high profile clientele; including corporate entities and individuals, entertainment and sports figures, high ranking government officials, and even governments. Throughout his successful career, he has established a far reaching national and international network of respected real estate professionals, and has personally brokered $100’s of Millions of Dollars in real estate transactions.
