With extensive private and public sector experience at the federal, state and local levels, Rick is able to provide clients with unique insight into important, often-complicated corporate strategies. Rick is a former Deputy Assistant to the President for Intergovernmental Affairs under Ronald Reagan, serving as a liaison for the President with state and local government. He has also served as Chief of Staff in both the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives.

In the private sector, Rick was vice president of a Fortune 500 energy company for 14 years. In this role, he developed and implemented strategies for a wide variety of legislative, regulatory and communication challenges and opportunities in numerous communities, states, and in Washington, D.C.
